Pilates, Stretch, Breath… all for a great cause.

Join us for 5 weeks of live group classes in the beautiful Greenhouse studio.

Class is £10 with 50% of all proceeds going to Maggie’s Cancer Care Centres.

Nov 13 - Pilates with Meredith - Focus: use of breath

Nov 20 - Pilates with Meredith - Focus: strength

Nov 27 - Stretch with Amy - Focus: using strength to stretch

Dec 4 - Pilates with Meredith - Focus: lengthening

Dec 11 - Stretch with Amy - Focus: mindful & meditative

Timing:

18:00 Doors open. Get your mat set up and meet your lovely teachers and neighbours

18:30 Class Begins

19:30 Class finishes. Your friendly teachers will hang out to answer any questions you have about your practice… or anything else on your mind ;)

Location:

The Greenhouse is a multi purpose community space located in beautiful, historic Courage Yard; 10 minutes walk from Tower Hill or London Bridge.

You’ll find the Greenhouse located right in the centre of the court yard. From Shad Thames under Tower Bridge, look for Starbucks and after you’ve grabbed a cuppa, we’re right behind it!

 

Pilates

Pilates class will be a continuous flow of movement designed to improve your strength and flexibility simultaneously.

Stretch

Stretch class starts with dynamic movement to warm the body. Then we’ll flow through a series to stretch every major muscle, fascial line and joint.

Breath

All classes will explore different elements of ‘breath’. Learn to leverage your breath for its two main benefits: core strength and a still mind.
